What is the premise of Talk To Me?

The true life story about a Washington D.C. radio host and activist in the 1960s. Ralph Waldo “Petey” Greene Jr. found his place in media after getting out of prison and expressing his opinions with humor and his own controversial speaking manor. His supportive girlfriend vernell encouraged him to get a gig for a radio show. He told people the truth and the people wanted to hear it. He spoke about race, politics and the waves of change occurring in America during the mid-to-late 1960s. The movie also focuses on “Petey” and the death of Martin Luther King Jr.
